Chicken Rice
The ingredients you need for this meal are:
- 500g chicken breast
- one big onion
- one big green pepper
- one big red pepper
- one big tomato
- 2 big carrots
- 200g rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- fresh parsley
- salt
- black pepper
- 500ml of water
- vegetable oil
Procedure: Cut onion, carrots, green and red pepper, tomato, and chicken breast into small pieces. Into a frying pan pour some oil and heat it well. Put your onion and carrots in the frying pan and stir until golden brown. Add your chicken breast and cook it until half cooked. Into your pan add both peppers and stir them for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and some fresh parsley. After it, put the whole tomato into your pan. Stir it for 10 minutes and pour 500ml of water. Let it cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the rice and season the dish with some salt and black pepper. Let it cook for another 10 minutes until the rice is fully cooked. You can add some other seasons here like curry or fresh mint. This dish can be easily adapted with some of the recipes you can find here, at the same time this is a beautiful suggestion for a light and fast dinner. Vegetable soup
This soup is a perfect idea for vegetarians and vegans and is a perfect solution for a light dinner.
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 bigger potatoes
- peas
- 2 bigger tomatoes
- sweet corn
- olive oil

- red paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1.5 l of water
Procedure: In a big pot put some olive oil and add cut onions. Stir it until the onions are golden. Immediately after that add your red paprika and let it cook for a minute. Into the pot add cut carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, peas, and sweet corn. Stir it for 10 minutes and pour 1l of water. Let it cook for half an hour before pouring the remaining half of the water. Let it cook for another half an hour. Before the soup is fully cooked add salt and black pepper. Mix it and add minced 2 cloves of garlic and some fresh parsley. You can change the recipe and add vegetables you like. You can also use the stick mixer and make potage with a nice touch of olive or pumpkin oil. This dish is ideal for cold fall or winter nights.
Sweet Bread
There is no kitchen if we do not bake in it. Here is a recipe for an old but gold sweet bread.
Ingredients you will need:
- 2 eggs
- 500ml of milk
- 300g of sugar
- 100ml of oil
- yeast
- 50g raisin
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 50g almonds
- 50g walnuts
- 50g hazelnut
- 50g pistachios
- 50g dry cranberries
- 50g dry peaches
- a pinch of salt
- 300g of flour
Procedure: In a deep dish mix 2 eggs. Pour 500ml of warm milk and add 250g of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 100ml of oil. Mix until fully combined. Add yeast and wait for a minute for yeast to dissolve. Into the mixture add cut hazelnuts, walnuts, and pistachios. Mix it well. After it, add pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Again, mix it well. Into the mixture add raisins, dry peaches, and cranberries. Give it the final mix. Into the dish add your flour and mix it until fully combined. Pour your mixture into a casserole dish and bake it into the oven for 20minutes at 200 degrees. This sweet bread is a beautiful dinner suggestion. It has vintage vibes and is a beautiful sweet bite with a cup of warm milk.
