With the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, it’s all about bringing all the charms of Paris that they can offer to their guests. The place offers as much of the passion and excitement you’d expect in the City of Lights, and that holds true to the Le Village Buffet in the Paris Hotel. There’s nothing quite like it in the entire Strip.

About Paris Buffet
The buffet sits right off the casino floor, and it offers both indoor and “outdoor” patio seating. The “outdoor” ambience works nicely enough, with the blue-sky ceiling of the hotel.
Here in Le Village, the setup doesn’t involve the regular buffet stations. There are no stations for Mexican fare or Asian cuisine. There’s no station for pasta, or even nachos.
Instead, you have different food areas representing 5 regions in France. That means you have stations named Provence, Burgundy and Brittany.
Since you’re a guest of the Paris Hotel, it’s just assumed that you’re also a fan of French cuisine. And dishes vary greatly depending on the French region, so you get to embark on a foodie adventure of your own. You won’t even have to trek through the entire country of France, either.
Schedule
The Breakfast Brunch is available every day, though you’ll want to get there early. It’s open from 7AM to 10AM.
But there’s a Champagne Brunch Buffet from 10AM to 3PM, so you can still get some breakfast later in the day.
The Dinner Buffet schedule is from 3PM to 10PM from Monday to Thursday. But it extends to 11PM from Friday to Sunday.
While you have a few standard stations like the made-to-order omelet station, just keep in mind that the buffet sticks to the French theme. It’s like being there in France, so there are plenty croissants and mini-quiches for breakfast, for example. And for dinner, it’s just like being in a French restaurant.
So, just sit back and enjoy the terrific French cuisine!
